I am a member of Professional Photographers of America and Kansas Professional Photographers of Association where I also hold a spot on the board. I have attended Kansas Professional Photographers School on several occasions to further my education.
I was born and raised and still live in the same small farm town community in Kansas. As many other photographers my passion started in high school journalism class in the darkroom. I still remember the smell of the darkroom and my amazement of watching the photograph appear under the chemicals right before my eyes. Today more than 20 years later it’s a bit different but still I get amazed by what a photograph can capture. The emotions of joy, happiness, togetherness. You can almost smell the newborn baby, hear the laughter, and feel the love.
I was blessed with this gift from God to tell stories through photography and this is what I hope to share with you. Your life beautifully captured. I am so lucky to do what I love everyday!
